Throughout my journey, I’ve taught in a wide range of settings—from Schools and Universities to Charities and Commercial Brands—using Dance as a powerful tool to inspire, connect, and uplift.
I believe that building trust is the foundation for unlocking potential. Whether I’m teaching a class, leading a workshop, or working with a team, my focus is always on helping individuals find confidence, connection, and creativity through movement.
My goal is simple… to elevate the people I share space with and creating internal and external magic through dance.

My mission is to inspire, empower, and guide others in their movement journey, ensuring each experience is as transformative as it is heartfelt & authentic
